I have never paid more than $20 for a haircut and I usually get the works (fade, shape-up, and scissor on top). At this shop, ONLY a regular fade (total service time was ~10 mins) was priced at $24(MVP). I did NOT receive MVP service. I was not offered to get my hair washed/shampooed, which usually comes with MVP from my past experiences at other locations. Save your money AND get better service somewhere else.

having had a fairly positive experience at a Sports Clips in Rhode Island, I decided to visit your location on Sunday August 26th, 2018. The first thing I did was to check the web site for your specific location to check your hours. The second thing I did was to call your phone number, getting a message that you would get back to me as soon as possible. Since no appointments were necessary, I drove to your location only to find a sign on the door that you were closed. What type of organization changes their hours without posting a notice on their web site or even changing their phone message to advise of the change in hours. What a total disregard for your customers. I will not be back.
